Hello! I’m Madeline Kuehn and this is my E-Folio for my MS in Curriculum and Instruction at Minnesota State University Moorhead. My emphasis is in mathematics. I just completed my 4th year of teaching, and am currently at Columbia Heights High School (CHHS) in Columbia Heights, MN. I teach Intermediate Algebra, Geometry, and EL Intermediate Algebra, and AP Computer Science Principles. 

I graduated from Glencoe-Silver Lake High School in 2016, and graduated from Luther College in Decorah, IA in 2020. I have a B.A. in both Mathematics and Computer Science, and a minor in Secondary Education. I truly love the fall colors in Decorah and look forward to visiting whenever I can. 

Currently, I live in Minneapolis, MN with my partner of 9 years Samuel and our dumb-but-loveable orange cat, Sherbet. Sherb is such a snuggle buddy. He loves to go on walks, and is always down for pets. 

Some hobbies that I have include reading (just finished Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus–always love reading about Women in STEM!), quilting, cooking, and trivia. I am currently the assistant Knowledge Bowl coach and Math Team coach at CHHS, and am loving it!
